Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Oversized or special-order items may require 3–5 business days before dispatch.
- Same-day cutoff: 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day.
- Processing time excludes weekends and U.S. holidays.
2) Shipping Methods & Delivery Windows

Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or peak seasons.
3) Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free shipping on orders over $100 (continental U.S. only). Bulky items that must ship by freight may be excluded; any exceptions will be labeled on the product page or at checkout.
4) Service Area
- We currently ship within the continental United States.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional shipping charges or may be unavailable for oversized items.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items or any order requiring UPS/FedEx; USPS may be used for small parcels when eligible.
- International shipping: coming soon. Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the recipient’s responsibility.
5) Tracking Your Order
- You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link for each package.
- Large orders may ship in multiple boxes from different warehouses; you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
- You can also track from our Track Your Order page.
6) Delivery Issues (Lost / Damaged)
- If your order is damaged in transit, keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- If your package is marked delivered but not received, check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days so we can help file a claim.
- Carrier or customs delays are outside our control; we’ll assist where possible.
7) Freight / LTL Delivery Details
- Freight deliveries are curbside. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground (lift-gate where available). Moving items indoors or upstairs is the customer’s responsibility.
- Please inspect freight shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
- Missed or redelivery appointments arranged with the carrier may incur additional fees.
8) Returns Related to Shipping
- If we ship an incorrect item or an item arrives damaged/defective, we’ll arrange a replacement or return label.
- For all other returns, please see our Return Policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
