1. General

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access the site or use any services. This site is intended for individuals 18 years or older purchasing products for lawful personal or business use.

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and specifications for all products. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
Products are intended for agricultural and horticultural use only. You are responsible for proper installation, operation, and maintenance. TerraDrip Systems is not liable for damages arising from misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Taxes: Applicable sales tax (and any other required fees) may be calculated and charged at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable laws. If your jurisdiction requires tax collection, it will be added to your order total at checkout.
Where required, we collect and remit sales tax to the appropriate taxing authorities.
International orders (if offered): Any duties, customs, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by TerraDrip at checkout.
Payment Methods: We accept major payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders. Delivery times may vary by location and product availability. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for carrier delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping providers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our equipment is specialized, we only accept returns or issue refunds when the issue is the result of:

  • A shipping error (lost, damaged, or incorrect item in transit),

  • A manufacturer’s defect, or

  • An error on our part (such as sending the wrong item).

You must notify us within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@terradripsystems.com with a description of the issue and supporting photos. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note:

  • Returns for change of mind, incorrect installation, or general dissatisfaction are not accepted.

  • To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds or replacements will be issued only after inspection and approval of the claim.

6. Warranty

Some products include a manufacturer warranty. Refer to the product page for details or contact us for help with warranty claims.
Except where required by law, TerraDrip Systems disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
